Meet Our Designers
Designer Lisa Franklin

Lisa Franklin, Principal Designer
A member of the ODD team since 2008, Lisa has a strong attention to detail and is focused on cabinetry designs with a purpose.  She has implemented nearly 100 kitchen designs and various other projects, including bars, mudrooms, baths, and closets.  Lisa has a breadth of experience working with both new construction and remodel projects.  In fact, Lisa loved the construction process so much, she joined the ODD team after having her house built and using Old Dominion for her own cabinets.

A native of Northern Virginia, Lisa grew up in the Fairfax area then moved to Purcellville in 1994.  She and her husband have two children – one at UVA and the other in pilot training for the USAF after graduating from VT in Spring 2020.

When she isn’t designing, Lisa can be found tending to her bees or playing with her dog on the family farm.

Meg Geisler, Designer
A new member of the Old Dominion Kitchen Design team, Meg comes to us with a strong background in home renovations. As a Realtor, Accredited Staging Professional, and Certified Renovator, Meg brings a unique perspective to our clients, helping them understand the entire kitchen renovation process from a construction standpoint as well as which styles buyers are looking for in homes today and what styles are timeless.

She has always had a passion for interior design, architecture, and anything to do with home remodeling and can’t wait to bring her flair and expertise into her kitchen designs.
In her spare time, you can find her renovating her own 1880s farmhouse, hopefully to be completed in 2022.
